Paraparaumu Arena
Jill contacted OCL to rescue arena works commenced by another contractor. The Maungatuks is a clay based soil area with poor natural soakage and an undulating landscape. To create this 50m x 25m equestrian arena we needed to cut and fill 1200t to achieve desired height. We installed an extensive novacoil drainage system and 1.5% fall to extend the longevity of the arena and make it suitable for riding in all weather. Jill’s arena was complete with a post and rail fencing.
