Lotus Eco Village Subdivision
Kāpiti Coast Eco Village is a community subdivision that is environmentally sustainable. Having worked alongside Simon at Wallace Asset for 3 years to achieve his vision of 30 houses nestled amongst the native terrain of Paraparaumu, we were stoked to have been a part of this project.
Project scope
- Site prep for 20 houses
- 20+ engineered retaining walls, 500 lineal meters including working through wet areas to retain roads
- Carried out water management solutions, tracking underground streams and piping away from housing
- 22 driveways
